This unique paste is made with Shinshu Sanada miso, aged naturally for one year without additives, pure junmai ginjo sake "Iwao" and its sake lees, and locally grown fresh green chilies. The addition of sake gives it a smooth texture, while the sake lees add rich depth. Naturally sweetened and free from additives, this miso paste is ideal for those seeking a fermented, detox-friendly food.
